RMC/Lewton/OhioHealth Win                                    Reputation Silver Anvil Award

And the winner is…

OhioHealth, Rick Miller, APR,  and Kathy Lewton, APR, Fellow PRSA, were 
recognized by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) with a Silver Anvil
for “Offline! The Personal Touch is Still a Reliable Reputation Builder” campaign.

Winners in the category of ‘Reputation/Brand Management - Nonprofit Organizations,’
the team was challenged to enhance OhioHealth's reputation among  community leaders and influencers. By developing personal relationships through conversation, dialogue, and correspondence, perceptions of OhioHealth saw improvement across all six reputational attributes identified pre-campaign. These attributes were  related to management, efficiency and clincial considerations.  

“In an era where social media  and  digital technologies are connecting people through personal devices, we found that person-to-person, face-to-face programs are still highly relevant and offer the most authentic and personal opportunities to build understanding and trust,"  according to Rick Miller,  RMC president.  

During the campaign period,  OhioHealth increased perceptions among influencers by double digit margins compared with control groups. These results were informed by comprehensive research and delivered through tactics including private briefings, personal letters and ongoing dialogue with community leaders.

The Silver Anvil Awards are distributed annually by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), recognizing excellence in the industry. PRSA is the largest professional organization for communications practitioners in the United States. The Silver Anvil is considered the most prestigious award for communications practitioners.
